Chili Con Carne Recipe
Brown onions and meat well, add tomatoes, salt, capsicum , chilli powder, paprika, bay leaf and water. Cover and cook for 40 minutes. Add beans and simmer until heated through. Add more water if nessecary. Serve with boiled rice or spaghetti.
